We act exclusively in the interests of our clients, i.e. we are not appointed by an insurer or insurance agent, but can obtain offers for tax insurance from the entire insurance market as an independent broker.

What we do for you
Tax expertise meets negotiating skills
Tax expertise meets negotiating skills: we act as insurance brokers in accordance with § 59 VVG and arrange insurance contracts on behalf of our clients. We are authorised in accordance with Section 34d (1) GewO and subject to supervision by the relevant Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Munich. What we do for you
- The initial assessment and preparation of the request for quotes,
- obtaining, evaluating and discussing tax insurance quotes for you
- expert support in negotiating the tax policy (please note that we do not provide any legal or tax advice, which is reserved exclusively for your tax advisor)
- the entire coordination and communication between the policyholder, insurer and tax advisors, from the negotiation of the tax policy to the assertion of claims and the settlement of claims.

When we were consultants, we saw ourselves as tax “solution finders” – and not as “problem seekers”. The more complex the tax issues became, the more we saw it as a challenge to solve and negotiate them in a practical and realisable way, also in the context of related legal issues (e.g. investment law/KAGB, company law).
