Shareholding in insurance companies

We have no shareholding in insurance companies. Nor do insurance companies have any shareholding in us.

Professional indemnity insurance

We maintain a professional indemnity insurance that complies with the legal requirements acc. to § 12 VersVermV. Proof of insurance has been provided to the responsible supervisory authority.

Consultation

We offer consultation regarding the requested insurance cover and expressed insurance needs prior to the conclusion of an insurance contract.

Remuneration

We are mainly remunerated by the insurer for our mediation and
contract-management services via commission. However, in individual cases we reserve the right to demand an additional fee for our services. The scope and amount of such a fee will be agreed upon with our clients when the brokerage contract is signed. We always charge a fee for the mediation and
contract-management of insurance contracts for which we are not remunerated by the insurer.
