Shareholding in insurance companies<\/h4>

We have no shareholding in insurance companies. Nor do insurance companies have any shareholding in us.<\/p>

Professional indemnity insurance<\/h4>

We maintain a professional indemnity insurance that complies with the legal requirements acc. to \u00a7 12 VersVermV. Proof of insurance has been provided to the responsible supervisory authority.<\/p>

Consultation<\/h4>

We offer consultation regarding the requested insurance cover and expressed insurance needs prior to the conclusion of an insurance contract.<\/p>

Remuneration<\/h4>

We are mainly remunerated by the insurer for our mediation and
contract-management services via commission. However, in individual cases we reserve the right to demand an additional fee for our services. The scope and amount of such a fee will be agreed upon with our clients when the brokerage contract is signed. We always charge a fee for the mediation and
contract-management of insurance contracts for which we are not remunerated by the insurer.<\/p>
